Private Landlords

Our NCEPLS service offers Private Landlords a full concierge service, that takes control of the retrofit energy assessment process, through to identifying any eligible grants and loans available for improvements, through to management and installation of all agreed retrofit measures.

As part of our service, we will engage with, and assess the eligibility of your private tenants’ potential access to Government Grant Funding, such as the Warm Homes Grant Scheme.

If applicable, we will also identify and assess the potential for other subsidising opportunities such as the Warm Homes Loan Scheme (WHLS), the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), and any other potentially available cross-subsidies.

Depending on the size of your investment portfolio, we will provide you with the following management processes:

  • Either a dedicated Project Manager or a dedicated Project Team
  • Tenant engagement
  • An Online Dashboard which you can access and monitor the progress of your project
  • Return On Investment (ROI) estimations for your portfolio
